The bag it comes in says extra-large but clearly it looks like a 12-14, there is nothing I can do with this shirt, I have been trying to reach you through the proper channels that you have provided but trying to send a email that does not submit no matter how many times I have tried. All I want is the correct size. You also have a time limit in which to send back. So am in a situation that can not be helped until you respond. Otherwise am at a total lost.

I could have probably bought a large and still have been just as happy with it. The fabric is soft, warm and on the thicker side but has a lot of give. These shirts would also be great to sleep in.
